Projets – CEASE

Established on 15 April 2015, the Migrant Woman Association Malta is an autonomous, independent, voluntary non-profit making organization, having as its main objective the social & community advancement concerning migrant women in the Maltese Islands.

As representatives and members of the female migrant community we seek to:

- Work with, empower and facilitate migrant women to find their internal potential and power to participate and play a role in society in the manner most appropriate to them
- Raise awareness of the challenges and needs of migrant women, as well as the positive contribution that they can and do make to the Maltese society
- Build bridges between and among different migrant communities and the Maltese community in order to promote tolerance, understanding and intercultural dialogue
- Challenge those with power to adopt policies and behaviour that protect and enable migrant women.
